1.How to place order?
-①Send us all details, such as artworks, materials, size, colors. If not sure about the details, many sample pictures in our website for reference.(You can send us vector logo files, like PDF, AI, ESP, CDR, or original files from PSD.)
②Once received your details, we’ll reply to you in a short time. And quote you the price, the freight charge, and the transfer charge.
③Payment:After you confirmed the price, we will issue the invoice;
④Make designs if you don’t have them after receiving the order payment
⑤If you want to make samples first, we will make samples after receive your sample charge. If not, please skip to step 6.
⑥After received your design or sample approval, We will start producing the bulk.
⑦Bulk inspection and shipping.
⑧After-sales srvice.
2.What’s the MOQ?
-Different products have different MOQs. But there are some products that don’t have a MOQ, so it still depends on what you need. You can tell us which product you need. Then our product expert will tell you the MOQ.
3.What’s the delivery time?
-Production time of the most products is 10-15 business days. Others are 15-20 business days.The production cycle for large quantities of goods will be determined based on the actual situation. We will estimate the required time before the order begins for your reference.
4.What’s the shipping time?
-By sea.:It is cheapest option, suitable for goods with large weight and volume. Shipping time is 1 month around.
By express:DHL / TNT / UPS / FEDEX / EMS/ARAMEX, which would takes a week around, suitable for small quantity goods.
5.How much to make a sample?How do I get a Quote/Sample?
-The sample fee will vary depending on the type of product selected. The cost of samples (approximately 10 pieces) is approximately between $30 to $150 . We can also provide you with general samples for your reference to assess the quality. You only need to pay for the shipping cost.
First of all, we need to discuss with each other about the material, color, size, quantity, and craftsmanship of the product.
Then I can provide you with accurate prices based on this information.
Regarding the samples, ① If you want a sample without your company's logo, we will provide you with the existing style for free. You only need to pay for the shipping cost.
② If you need a sample with your company's logo, then you will need to pay the sample fee to have it made.
If the color, size, font and design are changed, then there will be a new sample production cost.
6.What kind of file format needed for design?
-We need a vector graphic file but not a bitmap file. The vector graphic file has to be PDF, AI, EPS, or CDR, and the design must be still clear even after infinitely enlarging, not the phenomena of mosaic, or it is a bitmap file, not a vector graphic file.
The bitmap is made of the pixel, it will become a serrated mosaic(not clear).
The common bitmap file is JPG, PNG, GIF, BMP, TIF, and PSD.
If the artwork you send us is not the final design, please advise the font name for helping revise it for you. And also please advise us on the Pantone No. of the colors to make sure the color is exactly what you want.
7.Can you help making design if I do not have artwork?
-Simple designs can be produced for free. However, for complex patterns, there will be a design fee.
8.Could we see pictures once first product finished?
-If you make samples first, of course you will see picture; if make bulk directly, we will take pictures after bulk finished, because usually bulk would be finished at same time.
9.And if you take orders from abroad?
-We offer customized product services and deliver goods to overseas customers. Our location is in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China.
10.What is your delivery policy?
-Usually, we need 100% payment before production.
11.Could you send entire price list?
-We are happy to provide you the quotation anytime, but there is no price list. Because all products are customized, price is related to many details like color, size, material, techniques, etc.
12.What international brands have you cooperated with?
-We cooperat with more than 5,000 brands worldwide include many well-known brands, but we cannot publish their names because of confidential agreements.
13.Which payment ways we can use?
-①by Paypall. ②by Bank Transfer(T/T).
14.Do you send a sample before the final print is made?
-If you place an order directly, it means they will finish together; if you need to see a sample first, you need to pay an extra sampling fee.
15.How long the goods can arrive after I make a payment?
-Sample lead time: 5-15 days ; Bulk lead time: 7-20 days;The exact time will depend on the complexity of the customized process. The delivery time will be estimated before the order is placed.
16.Can you do any shape?
-Basically, any style can be produced, but different products can have different shapes. You can tell us which type of product you need. Then our product experts will check if it can be made.

18.How do I go about getting quotes for different products?
-Step 1. Email us with all details. Such as artwork, materials, size, colors, technics, destination, and payment terms. If you have no ideas, please attach our similar product pictures.
Step 2. Once received your details, we’ll reply to you in a short time. And quote you the price, the freight charge, and the transfer charge.
19.Do you keep designs on file so I could order more (exactly the same) in the future?
-Yes, we keep all your design files on our system for the record, so good for you to reorder the same labels in the future.
20. How quickly could I order some? I am on a tight deadline.
-We have a one-to-one salesperson to talk with you, and within one day, your products can be in production.
21.Could you please send me the invoices corresponding to the attached proformas?
-No problem, we can make an invoice according to the proforma invoice.
